Shipping Policy.
We want your SORTUX order to get to you safely and on time.
Shipping Methods: We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, or Ground Advantage, whichever makes the most sense for your order. Every shipment comes with tracking, so you can watch your dice tray make its way to you.
Delivery Times: Ground Advantage typically takes 3–5 business days, Priority Mail 1–3 days, and Priority Mail Express if you need it as fast as possible. Once your order is processed and handed off to the carrier, you'll get tracking info.
Local Delivery: If you're in the Irvine/Tustin/OC area, we offer free local delivery, we'll reach out after your order to schedule a drop-off.
Return & Refund Policy.
We want you to love your setup. If you receive your SORTUX tray and it isn't the right fit for your table, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return:
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition with all parts included (tray, tower (if applicable), magnets, pencil, spare parts and paper inserts). Please ensure it is packed in the original box to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, to guarantee that your returned item was delivered.
Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect it (usually within 2 business days of receipt, maximum 14 days), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
