Shipping & Orders
How do you ship your products?
We currently ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, or Ground Advantage depending on what makes sense for your order. all shipments come with tracking so you can watch your dice tray make its way to you.
How long does shipping take?
depends on the service: Ground Advantage is typically 3–5 business days, Priority Mail 1–3 days, and Priority Mail Express if you need it as fast as possible. once your order is processed and handed off to the carrier, you'll get tracking info.
Do you offer local delivery?
yes, actually. if you're in the Irvine/Tustin/OC area, we offer free local delivery — we'll reach out after your order to schedule a drop-off.

How do I prepare my dice tray for the game?
It’s easy! We have a Quick Start Guide available here that walks you through the folding process step-by-step. It’s designed to be intuitive so you can start rolling immediately.
Why are there magnets on the sides of the tray?
We designed the trays with future expansion in mind such as spell tracker! The magnets allow you to attach future modules and accessories directly to your original tray, making your setup fully modular and customizable as we release new gear.
What size is the Mini Holder?
The Mini Holder is designed to fit 2.3"x1.2"x1.1". It provides a secure spot for your character figure so it’s always ready for combat.
